Things to do whilst waiting to login to Second Life
My to do list for today:
Login to Second life
Upload new texture pack
Finish up a few builds
At this moment Secondlife logins and other services are disabled although a few have slipped through the net. For those of us that can’t make it here’s a few alternative suggestions:
1. Open your front door and have a look outside, see how many people remind you of Second Life avatars.
2. Rant post on Facebook.
3. Post on Twitter or design a new twitter background (That’s what I was doing this morning feel free to add me amisha_march)
4. Join a Second Life group on Flickr. Find something that interests you and browse for Second Life related groups (if you want to improve your photoshop skills I can recommend SL Picture•Pile•Ups)
5. Can’t find a group on Flick that interests you….make one!
6. Having problems with xstreet too…..try the alternatives, one that springs to mind is Slaptme
7. Google Second Life blogs and see what comes up. Random clicking on blog rolls has led me to some interesting posts.
8. Start a blog.
9. Learn a new skill. There are lots of tutorials out there for building, sculpties, scripting…….
10.Read random stuff related to Second Life ….. Old article from the BBCHow do avatars have sex?

Well, I was going to take some pictures to update my fashion blog early this morning :( Got in briefly, but not long enough. Good thing I have 3 or 4 posts lined up for my home furnishings blog.
